How to Order

We make it easy. Throughout our site, whenever you see a product you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart" and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart. There are many ways to find what you're looking for: search by type of product, brand name, item or manufacturer number, keyword, or by browsing categories and featured items.

Once you've clicked "Add to Cart" on an item:

 
   1. Your Shopping Cart will be displayed. From your Shopping Cart, you can continue shopping, save your Shopping Cart or continue to check out.
   2. Once you choose to Check Out, you'll provide your billing and shipping information.
   3. you will be taken directly to the Review Order and Specify Payment Method screen.
   4. You'll have a chance to review your total order, including any discounts, tax, and shipping costs. If you're satisfied, you'll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction.
   5. You will then see an Order Confirmation screen which indicates we've received your order and gives you a confirmation number for your order.
   6. We'll send an email confirmation within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed. This email is your receipt and will include your confirmation number, verification of the items purchased, your shipping and delivery information, and any other information.

    

Taxes

If the Bill to or Ship To address on your order is in NJ, sales tax is automatically computed on products and shipping charges. When you review your order total during the checkout process, you'll see the estimated sales tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local taxes.


Shipping FAQ's

    1.    In most cases your order will ship out the same day if placed before 3pm EST. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery time is in addition to order processing time.

    2.    If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. The additional items will still be charged the 'additional items' rate even if they ship separately.


    3.    Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and holidays, we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.


    4.  Tracking information provided when available.

    5.  NoteBookBatteryShop.com ships within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Please note that we currently do not ship to Post Office Boxes.


Returns & Cancellations


Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip

    * A 15% restocking fee applies.
    * Special orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee

Basic Return Policy

•      Unless otherwise stated below, you have 14 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 14 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.

•      Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse.
•      All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
•      Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
•      Please allow up to fourteen days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.

•      The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to the returns center and with respect to any shipments from the returns center back to you, the original distributor or manufacturer, or any buyer through the liquidation process. Title to the product being returned will remain with you at all times and transfer from you to the original distributor, or a third party in the case of a liquidation of the return, only upon receipt of the products by such distributors or buyers.


Defective Products
 
•      Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product,

Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.


NoteBookBatteryShop.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
